The Camilo restaurant only processes personal data when this is necessary to comply with legal obligations that apply to it, or such processing operation is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual diligences associated with it. The Camilo restaurant may also process personal data if it has a legitimate interest to do so, provided that, in each case, this interest is in accordance with applicable law and the rights of the data subject.   • Object to the processing of their personal data - the data subject may object to the processing of their personal data in cases where the data processing is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Camilo restaurant. In this situation, the company will be able to demonstrate the existence of legitimate grounds that outweigh the legitimate interests of the data subject.
